The 2012 regulations available here, are as submitted to the MSA for approval, and therefore it must be remembered that they (MSA) may ask for changes to be made before the documents become "Published Copy".

These "Final Draft" versions have all of the editing shown, as requested last year.  A bold black line in the left hand margin indicates that changes have been made to that section.  Within the section, red text is text that has been removed, while bold black text with yellow highlighting indicates additional text.

Once the regulations have been approved, the "Published Copy" will replace these draft copies and editing will not be seen, making reading easier.
